Minimum 3 SAP full cycle implementation experience as a functional consultant in SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP or SAP FICO.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 1+ full cycle implementation Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career Strong configuration and design skills.
Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full life cycle SAP implementations and 4+ years of industry and/or consulting experience. At least 4 years of experience as a SAP Technical Architect Experience with S/4 HANA, Cloud or Mobility
1-3 years of experience in SAP functional module (SD, MM, PP, FI, HR, BI/BW etc.) and 2-4 years of domain experience. Minimum 1+ end-to-end project implementation experience. Must have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills. Must possess abilities to work across distributed and cross functional teams, train the trainer, possess and practice lead and build teams, train the team, possess and practice knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects.
SAP Functional configuration, business blueprinting, functional testing, end user training, expertise in domain
2-5 years of hands on SAP Development Technologies (ABAP, BAPIs, Enhancement framework, User Exits, BRF+, Screen Exit, BDCs,BAPI, BADI,IDocs, Dialog Programming, WebDynpro ABAP, CRM UI, BSPs Webservices etc.)
Strong SAP ABAP workflow development experience using Workflow builder, Business objects, ABAP Classes, Agent determination, events
Development of interfaces, conversion, reports, IDOCS, user exits
Strong RICEFW functional and technical design experience
Experience in performance tuning
Experience working in an ITIL environment / ITIL V3 Certified preferred
Experience working with remote / off-shore teams
Excellent customer service, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
